Pilates Mat Class

Mondays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m.: Diane Aronson leads the class, part of her larger body of work called “Spiritual Fitness Training.” Because the Pilates method focuses on muscles, and Aronson focuses on bridging inner and outer life, it’s the perfect place to begin.

Walk Downtown

Aug. 29, 5:30-7:30 p.m.: Participants will walk every street in Downtown (between the 110, 101 and 10 freeways and the L.A. River) and discover its hidden treasures. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Hospital.
